| Premiering in Japan in December 2006, Bleach: Memories of Nobody brings creator Kubo Tite's popular shonen anime and manga to the big screen. This 87-minute theatrical film features all the popular Bleach characters, and even fits snugly into continuity, taking place shortly after the Soul Society rescue arc. In Karakura Town, various empty souls called "blanks" are appearing, and Bleach protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki and fellow shinigami Rukia Kuchiki are attempting to stop them. However, a mysterious shinigami named Senna appears, making short work of the blanks. Meanwhile, disturbances are also happening in the Soul Society, and it is discovered that a single soul is trapped between both worlds, linking them in an unnatural manner. Worse, a group of Shinigami-like enemies known as the "Dark Ones" make an appearance, kidnapping Senna, who turns out to be the displaced soul. Can Ichigo and his friends defeat the Dark Ones and bring balance to their worlds?
