故事大綱:
武赫死後，他的心臟如其所願移植給弟弟允。允的母親滿心欣喜，卻不知道武赫是自己多年前遺棄的親兒。另一方面，深愛武赫的恩彩發現，自己父親就是丟棄武赫到孤兒院的那個人，內疚感頓生，加上排解不了失去最愛的思緒，恩彩最後選擇了在武赫墳前了結性命的悲慘命運。
Sorry, I Love You – between of one year is an animated film adopted by big hit Korean drama series Sorry, I Love You. It recounts the one year in between Eunchae commits suicide at Moohyuck’s grave after Moohyuck died. The forever touching moments in the drama are highlighted in the 2D animation story, which reveals the critical development of storyline approaching the tragic ending. The song One Year, is specially produced as one of the theme songs for the animation.
Synopsis:
After Moohyuck's death, his heart is transplanted to Yoon as he promised. Ohdeulhee is totally pleased of the good news to Yoon, her son. Only until she gets to know Moohyuck is her son she abandoned when he was a baby….
Eunchae is feeling sad after Moohyuck died. She wanders around and gets to know it was her father who abandoned Moohyuck to orphan... Eunchae is totally stressed by such sense of guilty and the forever sadness. She finally chooses to commit suicide right besides the grave of Moohyuck, her beloved man in life.
